Corporate Business Executive:

Experience/Fresh, Graduate / Post Graduate.Some Knowledge about B2B Marketing/Concept Selling.
Need to Have Bike, Cell, Internet & computer (preferred if Laptop)

Job Profile: 

Advertisement booking / space selling for industrial directory& portal (Printed Directory - CD Rom - Website).
Marketing of IT products Like Domain Registration, Hosting, Web designing, SEO.
Stall Booking for the Industrial Show/Event/Exhibition.

Note:-
Company will enter in to Work contract with the employee with all terms & Conditions with assured salary hike and candidate need to sign 1 year job period bond.

Salary During Probation/Training: 
Rs.05,000/- fix for First Six Training month.

But following will be the slab of Incentives:-
Salary will be Rs.09,000/- if business goes above Rs.50,000/- in same month.
Salary will be Rs.14,000/- if business goes above Rs.75,000/- in same month.
Salary will be Rs.20,000/- if business goes above Rs.1,00,000/- in same month.
Salary will be Rs.27,000/- if business goes above Rs.1,25,000/- in same month.
Salary will be Rs.35,000/- if business goes above Rs.1,50,000/- in same month.
Salary will be Rs.44,000/- if business goes above Rs.1,75,000/- in same month.
Salary will be Rs.55,000/- if business goes above Rs.2,00,000/- in same month.

Salary after confirmation(Six month):-
Rs.10,000/- (Minimum) or basis of average of Drawn during last six month with Incentives + Incentives as decided by company at time of confirmation + Allowances decided by company.

Salary after Promotin(after 12 Months)as Corporate Business Manager:-
Rs.15,000/- to 25,000/- on basis of average of Drawn during last one year with Incentives.
+ Incentives as decided by company at time of confirmation + Allowances decided by company.

Annual Bonus:

Rs.1,00,000/- if Business goes above Rs.24,00,000/- p.a.

Working:

Freedom of Working.
No need to attend office.
Minimum 10 calls (renewal and fresh calls)
Work on the data provided by the company.
Report Direct to Head office by Email, every night, yes it compulsory.
Every Sunday Holiday, other Holidays, as per company policy.
12 leaves during year, but not more than 2 in the month.
Rs.500/- penalty if Report not received by company.
Rs.500/- penalty in case of leave without approval.
Need to attend Monthly review meeting at HO, Compulsory.

Industrial and Trade Directories to be published by our company or to be marketed by our company on behalf of Associations or Business Associates. Marketing of IT products Like Domain Registration, Hosting, Web designing, Search engine promotion, Multi Media presentation and Catalogue designing. Marketing for different Web directories and other web base projects. Marketing of other products for which company gets agencies/rights for the marketing.

Sr. Sales Executive:
Minimum 1 Year Experience with Graduation or Fresh for Post Graduate
Salary Rs.15,000/- + Petrol Allowance Rs.1,000/- + Mobile Allowance Rs. 250/- + 5 to 7 % Quarterly Business Incentive + 4 to 6 % Annual Business Incentive
Monthly Individual Business Commitment Rs. 75,000/-

Sales Executive:
Fresh with Graduation. Salary Rs.10,000/- + Petrol Allowance Rs.1,000/- + Mobile Allowance Rs. 250/- + 5 to 7 % Quarterly Business Incentive + 4 to 6 % Annual Business Incentive Monthly Individual Business Commitment Rs. 50,000/-

Important Note:
Probation period will be of 3 months. Salary during probation period will be variable, if candidate fails to achieve minimum business commitment.

Promotion opportunities for the candidate:

Promotion from Sales Executive : On achievement of business of Rs.1, 00,000/- for continuous three months, candidate will be entitling for the promotion as Senior Sales Executive.

Promotion from Senior Sales Executive : On achievement of business of Rs.1, 50,000/- for continuous three months, candidate will be entitling for the promotion as Sales Team Leader.

Promotion from Sales Team Leader : On achievement of business of Rs.3, 00,000/- for continuous three months, candidate will be entitling for the promotion as Sales Manager.
